Vladimir Putin had a meeting with Acting Head of Lipetsk Region Administration Igor Artamonov to discuss the situation in the region.

Following the meeting in Bratsk on the situation with flooding in Irkutsk Region, the President has approved an instruction on providing prompt assistance to citizens affected by the flooding.
