On March 28–29, Dmitry Medvedev will take part in a meeting of the leaders of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, which will be held in New Delhi.

Dmitry Medvedev signed a list of instructions following meeting on economic issues of March 12, 2012.

The conference is organised by the Russian International Affairs Council and will be held in Moscow on March 23.

Dmitry Medvedev submitted to the State Duma for ratification the Agreement on Cooperation between the Collective Security Treaty Organisation Member States on Development, Production, Operation, Maintenance, Modernisation, Service-life Extension and Disposal of Military Goods, signed in Moscow on December 10, 2010.

The meeting, the Commission’s 29^th so far, addressed the issue of making the research and development support system more effective in order to better pursue modernisation and innovative development. 

Dmitry Medvedev and Nikolai Vinogradov discussed the region's development prospects, in particular the creation of a research and production cluster in the Vladimir Region.

While on a working trip to Vladimir Region, Dmitry Medvedev visited the International Biotechnology Centre Generium, where he looked around the laboratories, saw how the production process works and met with the centre’s researchers.

The summit will take place on March 26–27, 2012 in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
