Dmitry Medvedev answered the questions of media representatives from the Urals Federal District.

Dmitry Medvedev submitted to the State Duma for ratification the Protocol on Amendments to the Collective Security Treaty Organisation’s Charter of October 7, 2002, signed in Moscow on December 10, 2010.

They also discussed the Union State’s budget for 2012 and the 2012–2015 Social Development Concept.

Opening the meeting, the President congratulated all of Russia’s women on Mother’s Day, which Russia celebrates on November 27.
