Dmitry Medvedev and Serzh Sargsyan attended the opening ceremony of the Hill of Honour Memorial in northern Armenia.

Dmitry Medvedev and President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan held talks in Yerevan. A number of agreements were signed, including on extending Russia’s right to station a military base in Armenia, and on construction of nuclear power plant units.
