President Vladimir Putin: Good evening.
We have agreed that Mr Lavrov will report today on the progress of our interaction in the Caspian region. We will discuss separate issues, and there are a lot of them, they are concern our neighbours. We have a huge range of issues there on the agenda all the time: economic, political and security-related.
Please. Let's get to work. Mr Lavrov, if you will.
