Dmitry Medvedev said that in his opinion the institute of investment ombudsmen at the federal level has proven effective. The President announced that he had signed an executive order conferring the status of investment ombudsmen on Deputy Presidential Envoys to Federal Districts (the Envoy’s aide in the Central Federal District) and those present are to report on the organisation of their work by October 1.
