During a visit to the People's Republic of China, a delegation led by Aide to the Russian President Dmitry Mironov held meetings in Beijing with head of the Organisation Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party Li Ganjie, and head of the International Relations Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party Liu Jianchao.
