Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On Military Technical Cooperation between the Russian Federation and Foreign States.

Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On the Organisation of the APEC 2012 Summit of Heads of State and Government of Member States of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Organisation, on the Development of Vladivostok as a Centre for International Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific Region, and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.

The President signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Russian Federation Law On Psychiatric Assistance and Guarantees of Citizens’ Rights in Providing It, and the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.

Dmitry Medvedev had a telephone conversation with President of Syria Bashar al-Assad.

Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Electronic Digital Signature.

Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Russian Federation Budget Code and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.

Dmitry Medvedev met with municipality heads to discuss town planning, housing sector development, and improving the quality of housing and utilities services. 

Officers appointed to senior command positions in the law enforcement and security agencies were presented and had their senior military (special) titles conferred at a ceremony held in the Grand Kremlin Palace’s St George Hall.

Dmitry Medvedev approved a list of instructions issued following a March 24 meeting with culture professionals.

The Governor informed Dmitry Medvedev that radiation levels in Sakhalin, which is located near Japan, remain within the norm and and do not exceed half the safety standard. All goods delivered from Japan are thoroughly inspected. Monitoring services conduct checks and publish reports every three hours.

Dmitry Medvedev had a meeting with President of the Republic of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.

Dmitry Medvedev visited the base of the 45^th Separate Special Purpose Guards Regiment of the Air Assault Forces nearby Kubinka in Moscow Region and decorated the regiment with the Order of Kutuzov, fixing the order and ribbon to the unit’s St George banner. The regiment was decorated for successfully performing its missions with courage and heroism.
