Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation on Combating Legalisation (Laundering) of the Proceeds of Crime, and Financing Terrorism. 

The President heard reports from Head of the FSB Alexander Bortnikov and Minister of the Interior Rashid Nurgaliyev on the investigation into the attack on the Baksan Hydroelectric Power Plant and a report by Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin on his trip to Kabardino-Balkaria. Head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Arsen Kanokov also took part in the meeting.
