Dmitry Medvedev sent his condolences to President of Uganda Yoweri Museveni following terrorist attacks in Kampala, which have caused many victims.

Taking part in the summit in Crimea at initiative of President of Ukraine were President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and Executive Secretary of the CIS Sergei Lebedev.

The meeting will take place at the Russian Federation Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Dmitry Medvedev met at the Kremlin with General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nong Duc Manh, who is in Moscow on an official visit at the Russian President’s invitation. 

Dmitry Medvedev and Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj discussed current bilateral cooperation issues following on from Mr Medvedev’s visit to Mongolia in August 2009.
