During a working trip to the Novosibirsk Region on October 12–13, Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova met with head of the region Andrei Travnikov, spoke at the plenary session of the 3^rd Teenagers 360 Interregional Forum, held a meeting on preventing social orphanhood in the region, opened a new teenage centre called Yunost, and placed orphans from the LPR with foster families.

A ceremony for signing the treaties on the accession of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic, the Zaporozhye Region and the Kherson Region to the Russian Federation took place in of the Grand Kremlin Palace’s St George Hall.
