On Day of Reunification of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions with Russia, Vladimir Putin took part, via videoconference, in the opening of social infrastructure facilities in Russia’s new constituent entities.

The Governor reported to the President on the progress of agricultural work in the region, as well as the development of road and energy infrastructure.

The President held a meeting on socioeconomic development of the new Russian Federation entities – regions of Donbass and Novorossiya.

Vladimir Putin signed an Executive Order On Additional Measures carried out in the regions of the Russian Federation in connection with Presidential Executive Order No. 756 of October 19, 2022 On Introducing Martial Law in the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions.

The President met with Acting Governor of the Kherson Region Vladimir Saldo at the Kremlin.

Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On the Application of Provisions of the Russian Federation Criminal Code and the Russian Federation Criminal Procedure Code in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic and the Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions.

The President’s working meeting with the Health Minister focused on the most pressing issues of the healthcare system, in part, the modernisation of primary care. The President and the Health Minister also discussed ways of making medical care more accessible and improving its quality in the new regions of the country.

The President signed Federal Law On Free Economic Zone in the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic, the Zaporozhye Region and the Kherson Region.

The President had a working meeting with Minister of Transport Vitaly Savelyev and Russian Railways Chief Executive Officer – Chairman of the Executive Board Oleg Belozerov.

Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On the Peculiarities of the Legal Status of Certain Categories of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation.

The Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Armed Forces visited the Headquarters of the Dnepr Group of Forces in the Kherson sector and Vostok National Guard Headquarters in the Lugansk People’s Republic.
