The President signed the Federal Law On Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Promotion and Mutual Protection of Investments.

Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Mr Putin congratulated Mr Erdogan on the ruling Justice and Development Party’s victory in the parliamentary election on November 1. Mr Erdogan expressed his condolences once more over the crash of a Russian passenger plane in Egypt.
