On November 14, Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova visited the Amur Region as part of the National Inspection for Social Orphanhood Prevention System.

First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Kiriyenko chaired a meeting of the Coordinating Committee for organising Presidential grant competitions for the development of civil society. The meeting participants reviewed a report on the implementation of the projects completed in 2023 and financed by the Presidential Grants Foundation and selected the best 100 of them.

On November 13–14, Novosibirsk hosted the National Forum for Social Orphanhood Prevention “To Live and Be Raised in a Family” – the 23^rd National Congress of Commissioners for Children’s Rights in the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation.
