On December 6–7, the Moscow Palace of Pioneers on Vorobyovy Gory hosted the RosPodros: Yesterday, Today, the Day After Tomorrow Federal Forum, dedicated to interaction with teenagers. The forum brought together over 200 participants from 59 regions of the country, including 50 regional children's ombudsmen, as well as specialists in working with teens, representatives of children's public councils under the ombudsmen for children's rights, parent communities and non-profit organisations.

A meeting of the supervisory board of the Movement of the First Russian public-and-state movement of children and youth took place at the Mashuk Knowledge Centre in Pyatigorsk.

Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova made a working visit to the Tyumen Region. At a meeting with Tyumen Region Governor Alexander Moor, a number of agreements was reached, including on the organisation of the next National Congress of Commissioners for Children’s Rights in Tyumen.

A national forum “Prevention of Child Abandonment. To Live and Be Raised in a Family,” took place in Kirov on November 15–16 at the initiative of Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova and with the assistance of the Kirov Region Government and the Foundation for Support of Disadvantaged Children.

The Children's Commissioner met with the region’s Governor Alexei Teksler, held a meeting with representatives of regional agencies in charge of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of children, and also visited the My Territory Teen Centre.
