On August 4–6, Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova visited the Lugansk and Donetsk people’s republics.

The Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights attended the iVolga Youth Forum in the Samara Region. Maria Lvova-Belova and forum participants discussed efforts to promote the inclusive environment and the system of seamless social support for people with disabilities, as well as children’s tourism and videography.

Vladimir Putin sent his greetings to the participants and guests of the VII Children of Asia International Sports Games, which kicked off in Vladivostok and Artyom in the Primorye Territory.

Vladimir Putin held a meeting, via videoconference, with pupils in grades 5–7 who are participating in the Bolshaya Peremena national contest. They gathered at the Artek International Children’s Centre to take part in the finals of the contest. 

On July 12–14, Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova visited the Donetsk People’s Republic. She met with the Head of the Republic, held a number of events as part of the Into the Hands of Children campaign, handed humanitarian relief over to medical institutions and to individual families, and brought children to Russia for rehabilitation and placement with families. 

President Putin signed the Federal Law On the Russian Children’s and Youth Movement.

The President approved a list of instructions following a meeting of the Talent and Success Foundation Board of Trustees held on May 11, 2022.

At the initiative of Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova, the 1st Teenagers 360 Interregional Forum took place on June 28–29 at St Petersburg State University. The forum was organised by the Centre for Social Projects with support from the Russian Ministry of Education.

The President approved a list of instructions following the meeting of the Russia – Land of Opportunity Supervisory Board on April 20, 2022.

The President signed Executive Order On Measures to Overcome the Consequences of Fires in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Kemerovo Region – Kuzbass, the Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Kurgan regions.

Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova and Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia visited the Novye Berega inclusive art estate in the village of Bogoslovka, Penza Region.

Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the participants, guests and organisers of the 10^th Charity Basketball Match, sponsored by the Shag Vmeste Foundation and this year aimed at helping the children of Donbass.

On June 9–10, Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova made a working trip to the North Caucasus. The Commissioner visited the Chechen Republic and the Republic of Daghestan, met with the heads of the regions, and visited a number of children’s social institutions.

Vladimir Putin had a meeting, via videoconference, with Archpriest Alexander Tkachenko, head of the Circle of Kindness Foundation for supporting children with serious illnesses. The discussion focused on the results of the charity organisation’s first year of work and its future development.

On International Children's Day, Vladimir Putin had a videoconference meeting with families awarded the Order of Parental Glory.

Vladimir Putin extended greetings in a video address to the participants of Bolshaya Peremena festival.

Vladimir Putin held a meeting of the State Council Presidium in the Kremlin to discuss social support issues.
