Ahead of the Russian President’s state visit to Kazakhstan, the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper published an article by Vladimir Putin, Russia – Kazakhstan: Alliance in the Heart of Eurasia.

Subsequently, Peng Pai developed an interest in Russian culture and science; he came to study at MADI, and after graduating, returned to China to work in his home province.
