Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Federal Law On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia).

The President signed Federal Law On Amendments to Article 3 of Federal Law On Prohibition of Certain Groups of Persons from Opening and Maintaining Accounts (Deposits), Depositing Cash Resources and Valuables in Banks Located Outside the Russian Federation, and Owning and/or Operating Foreign Financial Instruments.

Elvira Nabiullina updated the President on the current activities of the Central Bank.
