Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on Measures to Regulate Trade and Economic Cooperation in the Export of Oil and Petroleum Products of January 12, 2007.

Vladimir Putin met with Andrei Ryumin, Chairman of the Management Board and Director General of the national grid company Rosseti. The company director informed the president about the company’s performance in 2021, the completion of the autumn and winter period, and preparations for the upcoming peak load season, as well as measures taken to ensure the sustainable development of the power grid.
