The President signed the Executive Order On Additional Social Guarantees for Individuals Working in Certain Regions of the Russian Federation and Their Families.

The President’s working meeting with the Health Minister focused on the most pressing issues of the healthcare system, in part, the modernisation of primary care. The President and the Health Minister also discussed ways of making medical care more accessible and improving its quality in the new regions of the country.

In July 2023, Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova made a working trip to the Pskov and Kirov regions.

The President held a working meeting with Head of the Republic of Udmurtia Alexander Brechalov. Mr Brechalov briefed Vladimir Putin on the region’s socioeconomic development, including healthcare, construction and transport. Special attention was paid to assistance provided to the participants in the special military operation and their families.

Presidential Aide, State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Governor of the Kemerovo Region – Kuzbass Sergei Tsivilev chaired a meeting of the State Council Commission on Energy. The meeting took place in a mixed format: in person in Kemerovo as part of the Kuzbass Energy forum, and via videoconference.

Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov. They discussed socioeconomic indicators, including the implementation of investment projects, situation in agriculture and healthcare, and support measures for participants in the special military operation and their families.

Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Chelyabinsk Region Governor Alexei Teksler co-chaired a meeting of the State Council Commission on Economy and Finance.

Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with Culture Minister Olga Lyubimova. The discussion focused, in particular, on the implementation of restoration projects in several Russian regions, as well as the Ministry’s work in the new regions.

Vladimir Putin met in the Kremlin with eight-year-old Raisat Akipova and her family from the Republic of Daghestan.

The President held a videoconference meeting with members of the Government.

Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the staff of the State History Museum of the Southern Urals on its 100^th anniversary.

Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Magomedsalam Magomedov and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Siberian Federal District Anatoly Seryshev held a seminar meeting on implementing the national ethnic policy of the Russian Federation.

Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with Head of the Republic of Dagestan Sergei Melikov.

The President held a meeting on the development of tourism via videoconference.

Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the participants in the First Forum of Regional Filmmaking “New Vector” in the Kaliningrad Region.

During his working trip to Dagestan, Vladimir Putin visited the architectural and archaeological complex of the Naryn-Kala citadel and the Juma Mosque in Derbent that have federal monument status and are UNESCO World Heritage sites. 

The President signed Federal Law On Free Economic Zone in the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic, the Zaporozhye Region and the Kherson Region.

Vladimir Putin held a videoconference meeting with Government members.
