On April 26–27, 2023, at the initiative of the Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova, Kazan hosted the 20th Russian Congress of Commissioners for Children’s Rights in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, dedicated to protecting healthcare rights of minors. In addition, Maria Lvova-Belova took part in the opening of the Russian conference Dads Against Bullying.

The meeting was chaired by First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Kiriyenko, chair of the organising committee to prepare and hold the Russia International Exhibition and Forum.
