Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order on Certain Issues Pertaining to the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation.

The President signed executive orders on awarding the 2023 Russian Federation National Awards in science and technology, literature and the arts, and outstanding achievements in human rights and charity work.

On May 15–16, 2024, Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova made a working trip to the Altai Territory and the Republic of Altai. She met with heads of Russian regions and held meetings with representatives of regional departments responsible for the observance of children’s rights and lawful interests. Ms Lvova-Belova also visited a number of children’s institutions, held a personal reception of citizens, met with a large family and families of the participants in the special military operation.

Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova paid an official visit to the State of Qatar on April 23–26, 2024. Ms Lvova-Belova met with State Minister for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lolwah Al-Khater. In addition, in-person talks were held for the first time with Ukrainian representatives on family reunification under Qatar’s mediation.

On April 18–19, 2024, Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova made a working trip to the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic and the Zaporozhye Region. One of the main goals of her trip was to help the new regions build an effective system of preventing social orphanhood and to support the families in a difficult situation.
