Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Samara Region Governor Dmitry Azarov chaired a meeting of the State Council Commission on Culture at the Russia International Exhibition and Forum.

A national forum “Prevention of Child Abandonment. To Live and Be Raised in a Family,” took place in Kirov on November 15–16 at the initiative of Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova and with the assistance of the Kirov Region Government and the Foundation for Support of Disadvantaged Children.

Presidential Aide, State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Chairman of the State Council Commission on Transport, Head of the Republic of Buryatia Alexei Tsydenov co-chaired a meeting of the State Council Commission on Transport, held as part of Transport Week. The discussion focused on the state of roads and road safety in the regions of the Russian Federation.

Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin, Sverdlovsk Region Governor Yevgeny Kuivashev and Yekaterinburg Head Alexei Orlov took part in the main strategic session of the 7^th national forum, Russian Cities 2030: New Heights, which is taking place on November 16–17 in Yekaterinburg.

The Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights took part in a roundtable discussion, Space of the Secondary Vocational Training: From Traditions To Innovations, held as part of the Space for Development National Forum, organised by the Russian Youth Union.

On November 9–10, the Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova made a working trip to the Chelyabinsk Region. The Children's Commissioner met with the region’s Governor Alexei Teksler, held a meeting with representatives of regional agencies in charge of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of children, and also visited the My Territory Teen Centre.

A meeting of the Coordinating Committee for organising Presidential grant competitions for the development of civil society was held. The meeting participants reviewed a report on the output of the projects completed in 2022 and financed by the Presidential Grants Foundation and selected the best 100 of them.

Adviser to the President and Special Presidential Representative on Climate Issues Ruslan Edelgeriyev chaired the 42^nd meeting of the Presidential Executive Office interdepartmental working group on climate change and sustainable development.

Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Novosibirsk Region Governor Andrei Travnikov co-chaired a regular meeting of the State Council Commission on Science.

Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Magomedsalam Magomedov took part in the plenary session of the fourth Peoples of Russia national forum.

A second meeting of the Commission of CIS Commissioners for Children’s Rights took place in Minsk at the initiative of Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova and with the support of the CIS Executive Committee. The first meeting was held in Moscow last June.

Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev chaired a meeting of the State Council Commission on Education.

Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova arrived in Minsk to attend a meeting of the Commission of CIS Children’s Rights Commissioners and met with Russian Ambassador to Belarus Boris Gryzlov.

Adviser to the President and Special Presidential Representative on Climate Issues Ruslan Edelgeriyev took part in the ministerial meeting on preparations for the 28^th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28), which will be held from November 30 to December 12, 2023, in Dubai.

Presidential Adviser Alexandra Levitskaya chaired a regular meeting of the Commission for the Disabled.

A ceremony was hosted in the State Kremlin Palace to present the transferable Presidential banner to the students of the Ataman Ivan Biryukov Cossack Cadet Corps (Astrakhan Region), which won the 2023 contest for the best cadet corps.

The agenda included an overview of the region’s activities to protect the rights and legitimate interests of children, promoting the initiatives of the Children’s Rights Commissioner and holding the 21^st National Congress of Commissioners for Children's Rights from Russian regions.

Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Astrakhan Region Governor Igor Babushkin held the latest meeting of the working group on the Great Volga Route at the State Council Commission on Transport.

The Commissioner for Children’s Rights spoke about the institute’s international agenda and particularly mentioned the work to protect children during the special military operation.
