Dmitry Medvedev discussed the economic and social results of the year, the labour market situation, labour migration issues, and economic modernisation with Russia’s trade union leaders. 

The Governor briefed the President on the results of implementing mother and child health programme in the region.

Dmitry Medvedev congratulated Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) personnel on the agency’s 90^th anniversary, presented its head, Mikhail Fradkov, with the Honorary Certificate of the Commander in Chief, and presented state decorations to a number of SVR officers. 

Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Government to draft an Energy Security Doctrine.

Dmitry Medvedev said that he has signed the law on the federal budget for 2011 and the 2012–2013 budget plan focused on economic modernisation and the social programmes maintenance.

Dmitry Medvedev congratulated the officers on their promotions and appointments and wished them success in serving the country. 

Dmitry Medvedev met with Constitutional Court judges on the eve of Constitution Day.
