HM Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, will be in Russia on a working visit at Vladimir Putin’s invitation.

Vladimir Putin received letters of credence from eighteen ambassadors to the Russian Federation. The ceremony took place in the Grand Kremlin Palace’s St Alexander Hall.

Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratifying the Protocol to the Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Represented by the Armed Forces of Jordan on Providing a State Loan Dated December 28, 2006.

Vladimir Putin received King Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in his countryside residence outside Moscow. The main topic of the two leaders’ discussion was bilateral cooperation in the trade, economic, military technology, investment, energy and humanitarian sectors.

Upon concluding his visit to the Middle Eastern, Vladimir Putin answered questions from Russian media representatives.
