A meeting of the State Council Commission on Family was held in the Sirius Federal Territory as part of the 4^th Congress of Young Scientists.

The State Council Commission on Physical Culture and Sport met for the second time. The meeting was chaired by Chair of the Commission and Tula Region Governor Dmitry Milyayev.

As instructed by Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Alexei Dyumin, a meeting was held with the participation of chairs of the State Council commissions on drafting new national projects. Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Maxim Oreshkin took part in the meeting.

Presidential Aide, Special Presidential Representative on Climate Issues Ruslan Edelgeriyev held bilateral talks with high-level representatives of more than 20 countries on the sidelines of the 29^th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, held on November 11–22 in Azerbaijan.

With the assistance of Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova, 26 Russian children from a refugee camp in north-eastern Syria returned to Russia.

The Public Council of the Time of Heroes programme held its meeting. The programme is being implemented on the President’s instruction by the Higher School of Public Administration under the Presidential Academy. At the meeting, the launch of the enrolment campaign for the second master’s degree round was announced and the results of the second module for the first round, which concluded on November 5, were summed up.

First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Kiriyenko chaired a meeting of the Coordinating Committee for organising Presidential grant competitions for the development of civil society. The meeting participants reviewed a report on the implementation of the projects completed in 2023 and financed by the Presidential Grants Foundation and selected the best 100 of them.

On November 13–14, Novosibirsk hosted the National Forum for Social Orphanhood Prevention “To Live and Be Raised in a Family” – the 23^rd National Congress of Commissioners for Children’s Rights in the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation.

During a visit to the People's Republic of China, a delegation led by Aide to the Russian President Dmitry Mironov held meetings in Beijing with head of the Organisation Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party Li Ganjie, and head of the International Relations Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party Liu Jianchao.

As part of the National Inspection for Social Orphanhood Prevention System, Maria Lvova-Belova visited the Republic of Mordovia. During her visit, she met with Head of the Republic Artem Zdunov and held a meeting with heads of executive agencies and an expanded meeting of the Commission for the Affairs of Minors and Protection of Their Rights in the republic.

Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova made a working trip to the Penza Region where she held a working meeting with Governor Oleg Melnichenko and attended the 10^th anniversary celebration of the Louis Quarter charity.

Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Magomedsalam Magomedov took part in the plenary session of the 5^th Peoples of Russia national forum.

Presidential Aide, Special Presidential Representative on Climate Issues Ruslan Edelgeriyev led the Russian delegation at the 16^th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity, which was held from October 21 to November 1 in Cali, Colombia.

A field meeting of the State Council Commission on Family was held in the Novgorod Region.

Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova made a working trip to the Donetsk People’s Republic. She communicated with children at a new teenage centre in Mariupol, visited two families that raise foster children in addition to their own children, visited patients at medical institutions in Donetsk and held a personal reception for citizens as part of the National Inspection for Social Orphanhood Prevention System.

The 15th ceremony to present the transferable Presidential banner to the Novorossiysk Cossack Cadet Corps of the Krasnodar Territory, which won the 2024 contest for the best cadet corps, was held in the Grand Kremlin Palace.
