The names of the winners were announced at a press conference held by Presidential Aide Andrei Fursenko and Chair of the Coordinating Council for Youth Affairs in Science and Education under the Presidential Council for Science and Education Nikita Marchenkov.

Representative (Sherpa) of the President of Russia in the Group of Twenty, Deputy Chief of the Presidential Experts’ Directorate Svetlana Lukash chaired a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission to support Russia’s participation in the G20. The meeting was attended by executives from the relevant Russian ministries and agencies.

Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Anton Vaino chaired, via videoconference, a regular meeting of an interdepartmental working group for countering illegal financial transactions.

Adviser to the President Yelena Yampolskaya chaired a regular meeting, held via videoconference, of the Expert Commission on Teaching the Russian Language and Literature devoted to the development of a single set of state textbooks on the Russian language and literature for elementary schools.

First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Kiriyenko chaired a videoconference meeting of the Coordinating Committee for Presidential Grant Competitions for the Development of Civil Society, during which decisions were made on the allocation of grants in 2026.

Presidential Aide Dmitry Mironov chaired a meeting of the Presidential Council for Cossack Affairs.

The Maritime Board of the Russian Federation held its meeting.

Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Magomedsalam Magomedov chaired a meeting of the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Interethnic Relations.

Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova met with families in need of reinstating parental rights or lifting restrictions on such rights. The meeting took place at the Presidential Executive Office.

Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights visited the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Kherson Region.

The expanded meeting of the State Council Commission on Human Resources discussed personnel training for the economy of the Russian Federation.

A delegation of the Presidential Executive Office led by Aide to the President Dmitry Mironov visited the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

On December 3 and 4, the 4^th National Forum for the Prevention of Social Orphanhood, To live and Grow Up in a Family, took place in the Moscow Region with over 500 participants, including officials from regional and federal government agencies, academia and non-profit organisations, children’s rights commissioners, experts and various practitioners, as well as over 3,000 specialists joining the event online.

Magomedsalam Magomedov, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office and Chairman of the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Interethnic Relations, met with Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs of Oman Mohammed Bin Said Bin Khalfan Al Mamari.

The Russian delegation has completed its work at the 30^th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30), held in Belem, Brazil, on November 10–21, 2025. A key outcome of the session was the adoption of a balanced package of decisions that does not undermine the national interests of energy-producing states.
