Marat Khusnullin reported to the President on the situation in housing and road construction and in low-interest mortgage lending. The Deputy Prime Minister also spoke in detail about plans and ongoing efforts to rebuild Mariupol and various other facilities in the Lugansk and Donetsk people’s republics.

On July 12–14, Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova visited the Donetsk People’s Republic. She met with the Head of the Republic, held a number of events as part of the Into the Hands of Children campaign, handed humanitarian relief over to medical institutions and to individual families, and brought children to Russia for rehabilitation and placement with families. 

The President had a working meeting with Governor of the Tula Region Alexei Dyumin to discuss the socioeconomic situation in the region.
