Dmitry Medvedev approved a list of instructions issued following a meeting on organisation of summer holidays for children and teenagers of May 3, 2011.

Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting on children’s health development in the pre-school and school system, focusing, in particular, on organising medical assistance and meals in kindergartens and schools.

During a visit to Kostroma, Dmitry Medvedev visited the city’s maternity hospital No. 1 and spoke with its staff.

The discussion centred on non-procedural petitions to the court on matters under its consideration, in particular regarding the possibility of publishing information on such petitions. Measures to protect minors from sexual abuse were considered separately.
